Qualifications

• Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with project management software, preferably Monday.com.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and resources.
• Monitor project progress and track milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Communicate project status updates to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of project deliverables.
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Use project management software, including Monday.com, to track progress.
