You will align creative, technical, and commercial priorities to deliver breakthrough ideas and sustainable growth in North America.
Reporting to the Regional Consumer Brands Leader North America, you will shape regional strategy, manage KPIs, drive the B2A engine, and inspire perfumers, evaluators,

- Oversee all fragrance creation capabilities across North America and align resources with regional priorities.

- Lead and refine the Brief-to-Adoption (B2A) process to accelerate innovation and adoption.
