Job summary

Scentbird is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the Operations team for new fragrance launches. You will manage brand assets, logos, and copy, organize information in Jira, and liaise with brand partners for approvals and edits.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Photographer, and Creative team to ensure timely asset delivery and quality control, including coordinating translations with a 3rd party agency.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Excellent written communication with brand partners.
• Must have strong command of English and be able to proofread.

Responsibilities

• Track bottle samples to be sent from brand partners to the photographer.
• Meet monthly with Project Manager, Photographer and Creative team to align on assets.
• Follow-up with Biz Dev to obtain assets for new launches.
• Input all assets and copy into Jira tickets for Packaging Designer/Brand Partners to facilitate edits.
• Review designed cards and labels for accuracy and coordinate edits with designers/partners.
• Review all 2D and QR codes on cards and labels for accuracy and communicate follow-ups.
• Coordinate translation process with a 3rd party agency and manage timing with Project Manager.
• Track and follow up on BOM/SKU data entry for upcoming assortments.
• Communicate issues and timelines with the Project Manager.
• Attend cross-functional meetings to provide status updates.
