Job summary

Zing Recruiting in Manhattan, NY is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to provide critical support to Fragrance sales from brief to win. You will coordinate samples, pricing, and documentation, and resolve issues throughout the brief-to-win process.

You will liaise among Account Managers, Evaluation, Perfumery, Sampling, and other internal teams, manage project flow, and ensure timely updates and delivery of samples. Hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Industry experience and software proficiency.
• Ability to manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and executes all sales administrative functions, including entering projects, replying to clients’ requests, entering and updating briefs promptly, and preparing sample requests for Fine Fragrances.
• Serves as a liaison between Account Manager and Evaluation, Perfumery, Sampling, Application Lab, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Marketing in all aspects of account responsibilities.
• Manage project flow to ensure flawless execution and acts as liaison between client and internal personnel.
• Maintain and manage all pertinent project information in Trifoil (adoptions, selling prices, base updates)
• Manage customer requests for Regulatory documents
• Oversee sample desk, prioritize SRs.
• Schedule and attend project meetings
• Occasionally hand-deliver samples to NYC clients
• Review and update the NYC weekly status chart
• Occasionally cover front desk functions
