Job summary

Join is seeking a Financial Controller in Miami to oversee expenses control, budgeting, and administrative topics. The role reports to the Business and Operations Manager and works with the Accounting department to ensure budget adherence.

Key responsibilities include monthly closings, accruals, and improving budget templates, with a focus on luxury fragrances. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in management controlling in luxury goods or fragrance & beauty.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and diplomacy; able to collaborate, work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Expenses follow up: Validate and codify expenses, coordinate with suppliers and accounting.
• Monthly/Yearly closing: Manage accruals, analyze closing vs budget, reconcile data.
