Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst in Miami to oversee expense control, budget construction, monthly and yearly closings, and P&L analysis for the Miami office.

The role requires budget consolidation, coordination with Area Sales Managers and accounting, and support for office management and local sanitary registration of fragrances. You will provide financial visibility and challenge stakeholders to ensure budget achievement and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in management controlling; luxury goods or fragrance & beauty experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; French is a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership, diplomacy, ability to collaborate and work autonomously.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with a strong interest in fragrances, beauty, and company values.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice treatment and validate expense codification in accounting systems (My Easy Order, Share).
• Coordinate with suppliers, Area Sales Managers, and Accounting to ensure compliance and timely processing.
• Monitor and update expense follow-up files daily and ensure budget respect and achievement.
• Prepare monthly accruals, compile accrual files, and analyze monthly closings versus budget and YTD/YTG.
• Construct and analyze P&L, reconcile software data with internal follow-ups.
• Maintain and improve budget templates (Capex, Beauty Consultant, Office Charges) and consolidate Area Sales Manager inputs.
• Manage office-related contracts and expenses (telecom, internet, IT, supplies) and coordinate sanitary registration for fragrances in local markets.
