Belk is seeking a Fragrance Advisor to drive sales and deliver a superior customer experience in our fragrance department. You will build client relationships, perform product demonstrations, and provide customized recommendations across multiple fragrance brands in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with a drive to hit store metrics.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and fragrance trends.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and Windows devices.
• Available to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Able to move around store and lift up to 40 lbs.
