Qualifications

• Demonstrates dedication to customer service and store objectives.
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks and contributes to store success.
• Able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and Windows devices.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regularly moves around store areas and can lift/move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual merchandising, signing, and beauty hygiene standards per guidelines.
• Support store operations and assist with additional tasks as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge with teammates.
