Job summary

Belk is seeking a Seasonal Fragrance Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will demonstrate fragrance knowledge, build client relationships, and provide tailored recommendations across brands while supporting promotions and events.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, tech-savvy, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the stamina to move around the sales floor and assist with merchandising and store

Qualifications

• Dedication to customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to store success by teaching, partnering, and encouraging others.
• Self-directed and ability to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems.
• Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

• Merchandise and replenish products timely; maintain visual merchandising and beauty hygiene standards.
• Contribute to positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating achievements.
• Support store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives in designated areas.
