Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with data handling and MS Office suite.
• Associate’s Degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 2+ years of admin experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clear, effective communication across Sales, Development, Technical teams, Sampling, Marketing, and the client.
• Leverage resources against projects to increase success rates.
• Manage briefs from start to finish, discuss timelines, participants, resource teams and pricing with Account Managers.
• Ensure safety and technical documentation, presentations, and client docs meet brief requirements and are submitted on time.
• Drive and execute projects, including stability testing, oils/samples shipments, and submissions for briefs and price files.
• Schedule and prepare visitor agendas and arrange client meetings.
