International Flavors and Fragrances is seeking a customer-centric project coordinator to bridge customers, account managers, and internal teams. You will help drive fragrance development projects, manage SAP-related tasks, and support pricing and documentation across functions.

The role emphasizes meticulous organization, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across departments in a fast-paced environment on-site for four to five days a week.

Formación

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in fragrance or flavor industry preferred.
• Strong customer-focus with sound judgment and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a communication link between customers, Sales Account Managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate fragrance development projects with multiple teams.
• Process customer sample requests, inquiries, and time-sensitive requests.
• Manage project setup and SAP entries; handle pricing and line extensions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and customer portfolios.
• Support customers with pricing, samples, and documentation.
• Coordinate daily shipments and prepare labels and shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance by coordinating safety documentation with regulatory team.
