Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in fragrance industry with proven growth

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and win new business opportunities with regional and emerging consumer brands across North America
• Build and execute strategic growth plans that expand market share, customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth
• Develop trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders across innovation, marketing, procurement, product development and executive leadership teams
• Partner with customers to understand future needs, innovation pipelines and market opportunities while driving portfolio expansion and share growth
• Lead commercial negotiations and long-term partnership discussions that create sustainable business value
• Collaborate with perfumers, evaluators, marketing, consumer insights, regulatory, technical and operations teams to deliver winning customer solutions
