Job summary

Givaudan in East Hanover, NJ is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support a Local & Regional Consumer Products team. You will liaise with account executives and business development to provide critical support on accounts and systems, building professional relationships with internal teams and client contacts.

The role involves coordinating briefs, samples, documentation, and logistics, with opportunities to advance in a creative, collaborative environment at Givaudan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2 years in a sales support environment.
• Excellent communication, administrative, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking abilities.
• Collaborative, positive team spirit.
• Proficient in MS Office suite; SAP knowledge preferred.
• You have experience building professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administer creative briefings and sample requests from initiation through to completion and preparation for submission.
• Manage materials and samples for client presentations, assist in building client presentation collateral display materials.
• Perform special projects (maintain customer information, provide clerical support and organize meetings).
• Ensure client comfort and manage logistics during visits to Givaudan.
• Being the liaison between clients and internal personnel.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation and follow up techniques.
• Provide the business team with timely information on clients' requests, insights, and communications.
• Represent the team with meaningful client interface.
• Develop client relationships and coordinate schedules and communications.
• Attend team meetings to review workflow.
• Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
