Fearless is seeking a seasoned Technical Learning & Workforce Development Lead to build a scalable, self-sustaining upskilling engine across engineering, data, IT and business teams. You’ll diagnose gaps, design pathways, and lead hands-on capability enablement to accelerate the use of new capabilities in real work.

The role is a fractional 1099 contract with senior leadership to establish strategy, programs, and internal champions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years total experience, including 4+ years hands-on in a technical role (software engineering, data/analytics, cloud, IT or solutions architecture).
• 2+ years designing and delivering upskilling with measurable adoption or productivity results.
• Hands-on fluency with current generative AI tools and AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents).
• Grounding in ADDIE, SAM, 70-20-10 and skills-based talent practices.

Aufgaben

• Develop a technical learning taxonomy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead blended learning programs and coaching for internal SMEs.
• Stand up a champions network and change practices to drive adoption.
• Define metrics and report ROI to executives; hand off playbooks.
