You will translate business needs into learning solutions, curate content, and measure impact with key stakeholders across data, cloud, and AI domains.

This role requires expert facilitation, program management, and the ability to build scalable learning pathways, lead workshops, and report ROI to senior leadership with learner-first focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5–7 years in learning and development with a focus on content/program development and facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and experiential learning.
• Ability to define learning goals and build scalable learning pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and execution of learning programs across technical and soft skill domains.
• Translate capability needs into actionable learning strategies that align with department goals and employee development priorities.
• Act as a learning advisor to business leaders and SMEs within the Data & Technology organization.
