Qualifikationen
- Proven experience as CLO, VP, or Director of Learning & Development.
- Strong capabilities in strategic planning and execution in L&D.
- Experience managing large projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead flexibly in a dynamic, project‑oriented environment.
Aufgaben
- Align L&D initiatives with company strategic goals.
- Implement the FARE process: Familiarize, Audit, Recommend, Execute.
- Oversee learning for product launches, geographic expansions, and tech stack consolidations.
- Build and staff a complete L&D function for new units or projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite and VPs to integrate L&D with business objectives.
