Job summary

Educate! is seeking a Fractional Senior People Advisor to partner with our CEO and executive team as a senior people advisor. This remote, part-time consultancy will be roughly 10–12 hours per week, with the Global People & HR Director overseeing the function.

You will advise on policy, employment law, and organizational development across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania, helping leaders navigate growth—while ensuring commercial and legal alignment with staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior HR, people, or organizational development roles.
• Strong writing; translate difficult people decisions into clear communications.
• Experience advising executives on policy and employment law across multiple countries.

Responsibilities
