Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR / People experience.
• Senior-level HRBP/People Operations leadership.
• Experience recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Experience building HR processes in a growing org.
• Experience working with founders/CEOs.
• NYC or NJ presence preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
