Job summary

Gofractional, a remote-first company in the USA, seeks a hands-on RevOps/GTM engineer to own the revenue systems layer across a messy GTM. You'll design and maintain the pipes connecting CRM, billing, data warehouse, and analytics, and wire AI into the workflows in between.

You will work directly with revenue leadership, handling HubSpot custom objects, Stripe data, Zapier automation, and Claude-based AI tooling to normalize ARR/NRR and reporting across multiple pricing models and locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales/marketing ops with a builder profile.
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience custom objects, associations, workflows, API — ideally with complex parent-child account structures.
• Production experience with Stripe data, including usage-based or non-standard billing models.
• Production experience with Zapier and automation.
• Practical experience building with Claude or comparable LLM APIs, prompting, evaluation, and failure modes.

Responsibilities

• CRM architecture (HubSpot): parent-child company model, lifecycle stages, routing by segment, workflows, data hygiene.
• Billing-to-CRM sync (Stripe): reconcile subscription/usage/percentage-of-collections data with CRM, surface churn signals.
• Automation (Zapier + scripting): build and maintain integration layer.
• Data warehouse (Snowflake): model GTM and revenue data with hierarchy and pricing models, strong SQL.
• Analytics (Metabase): dashboards for funnel by motion, revenue normalization across models.
• AI workflows (Claude): lead enrichment, scoring, summaries, and data cleanup at scale.
