Job summary

Reverb is seeking a mid-career People Operations Consultant to act as an interim or fractional HR leader across multiple client engagements in the Greater Seattle area. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, coaching leaders, and building strong client relationships.

You will work on HR priorities, handbooks, onboarding, performance cycles, and employee relations, while supporting Reverb’s operations and business development. Travel within the Puget Sound region is required.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of HR experience in leadership roles.
• Experience as a flexible generalist across performance, employee relations, compliance, benefits, onboarding, handbook creation, and compensation.
• Strong problem solving, proactive communication with leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner to multiple clients, leading or coaching the people function.
• Develop HR priorities and roadmaps tailored to each organization.
• Create and implement handbooks, onboarding programs, performance cycles, and HR processes.
