This hands‑on role requires highly organized, proactive thinking to streamline processes, monitor schedules, and ensure seamless execution across partners.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in operations or supply chain within fashion or luxury goods, with strong analytical and vendor management skills.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain within fashion or consumer goods.
• Experience with international shipping and HS classifications.
• Experience with Shopify and ERP/EDI platforms.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee supply chain & production coordination from production readiness to delivery.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics, wholesale fulfillment, and inventory tracking.
• Oversee retail/e‑commerce operations, product setup, launches, and merchandising.
• Coordinate wholesale orders, deliveries, and retailer compliance.
• Develop scalable SOPs and optimize ERP, EDI, and order management systems.
• Track costs, budgets, landed costs, and produce operational performance reports.
• Serve as liaison across design, production, sales, finance, and partners.
