Job summary

PARTOW, a New York-based luxury fashion brand, seeks an Operations and Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics, supply chain, and inventory across DTC and wholesale. 5-8 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain relevance in fashion or consumer goods.
Experience scaling a luxury brand and managing end-to-end logistics.
Strong financial and analytical capabilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Oversee supply chain and production management from procurement to final delivery.
Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory planning, and reconciliation across channels.
Manage Shopify product setup, launches, and inventory syncing; support ecommerce ops.
Lead wholesale order lifecycle, showroom-to-fulfillment, and partner coordination.
Develop/maintain ERP, EDI, and order management processes; implement SOPs.
Track budgets, analyze margins by channel, and prepare performance reports.
