Job summary

Porte Lux, LLC. is seeking an Operations and Accounting Manager (1099/Contract) to oversee day-to-day operations across production, logistics, inventory, and customers, from PO creation through shipment, invoicing, and financial analysis.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in fashion/consumer goods, advanced Excel and QuickBooks Online, and the ability to drive cross-functional process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in fashion or consumer goods.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure goals are met and operations run efficiently across departments.
• Oversee operations across production, logistics, inventory, and customers.
• Drive cost-effective process improvements and operational strategies.
• Develop and manage strong vendor and supplier relationships.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment.
• Manage all invoicing and receivables.
• Oversee PO creation through final shipment and data entry tasks.
• Maintain and update customer-required charts and databases.
