Qualifications

• 7+ years of trade operations experience in asset management, hedge funds, broker-dealers, or institutional investment.
• Series 7 or 99 required.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement, reconciliations, and post-trade operations.
• Experience supporting equities, fixed income, and other institutional products.
• Familiarity with trade matching and settlement platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including account setup and regulatory classifications.
• Oversee the full trade lifecycle across asset classes from booking to settlement.
• Resolve trade and settlement exceptions and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform daily reconciliations and maintain control functions.
• Support regulatory reporting and internal governance standards.
• Lead operational projects, system implementations, and UAT testing.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, counterparties, and auditors.
• Produce audit documentation and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
