Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret logistics data and KPIs.
- Customer service and communication skills for hotel partners.
- Transportation management including shipment tracking and coordination.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory flow.
- Experience with logistics or ERP software and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and multi-priority handling.
- Experience in logistics within hospitality or luxury brands preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics activities, including transportation planning and shipment scheduling.
- Monitor order status, resolve delivery issues, and maintain records in ERP systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to optimize supply chain performance.
- Analyze logistics data and support process improvements.
