Das Technology Partners is seeking a Fractional Account Executive to lead revenue efforts in our Customer Experience practice. This is a rare chance to own your success, grow into a key revenue leader, and work directly with senior leadership to scale a high-potential line of business.

This role starts commission-only for the first 90 days, backed by a clear and fair ramp plan. Sellers who meet the plan’s milestones will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time or part-time salaried role with ongoing commission and benefits.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential CX clients
  • Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers
  • Own the sales cycle from outreach to close
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Track pipeline metrics and report on sales performance
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, competitive intel, and CX strategies
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of B2B sales or business experience
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational discipline and pipeline management ability
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience selling services or solutions is a plus
