Job purpose
Join a growing, fully remote staffing firm specializing in outsourced accounting, tax, and finance solutions. We offer a broad range of services, including payroll, accounting support, outsourced teams, finance and advisory services, tax preparation, inventory management, controllers, fractional CFOs, and executive assistants. Our focus is on delivering exceptional, tailored service to meet diverse client needs.
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and optimize the Accounting Services salesprogram across all BELAY brands and entities. Reporting to BELAY’s CRO, this role will oversee both inside and outside sales, driving business development across our full portfolio of accounting services.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and is passionate about generating new business. This role will partner closely with marketing and partnerships to align sales strategies and maximize growth across all service lines.

BELAY Corporate, as a virtual company, offers you the ability to work from home full-time. As such, a dedicated and secure workspace, free of distractions is required. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday. Some roles will require travel.

This role includes expected participation in conference calls, on-site meetings, ad-hoc meetings and off-site meetings which may require travel. This role serves as a member of the BELAY Leadership Team which encompasses leading and serving as an example of the company’s mission: BELAY exists to glorify God by providing solutions that equip our clients with the confidence to climb higher.
