Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator (CDL) to join field crews in cementing, fracturing, or related tasks. The role requires safe work habits, the ability to follow directions, and teamwork across varying schedules.

The operator will perform routine maintenance on pumping equipment, assist in pumping activities, and support field operations under the Field Service Supervisor or Service Supervisor. A strong emphasis on safety and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state-driver's license and eligibility to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Comply with HS&E policies and guidelines.
• Maintain equipment and attachments; assist in pumping activities.
• Perform rigging up/down and operate equipment such as cement trailers and field bins.
• Wear PPE and work safely with others in varying schedules and locations.
• Travel to other offices/sites and possibly overnight stays.
• Work under supervision of Field Service Supervisor or Service Supervisor.
• Represent the company with integrity and adhere to the Code of Business Conduct.
