Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. seeks a Cement Operator to safely and efficiently operate cement equipment at well sites. The role includes rigging up and down gear, pumping cement, and preparing equipment for the next job while following safety and KPI requirements.

You will collect data, perform basic calculations, and communicate results to site personnel, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with DOT rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience required for Level 2.
• Valid Driver's License and CDL required.
• Hazmat Endorsement required.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate cement pumping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Rig up and rig down high‑pressure iron and related equipment.
• Perform pre-job and post-job safety checks and meetings.
• Read, interpret, and communicate real‑time data to site personnel.
• Maintain and prepare cement heads and bulk equipment for next job.
• Drive company light‑duty and commercial vehicles as needed.
• Ensure compliance with customer policies, HSE standards, and PSL guidelines.
