Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• English proficiency to understand safety and operations instructions.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up data acquisition software in the data van and record stage parameters.
• Coordinate with district supply chain and vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor pump parameters, pressures, and rates; report issues to supervisor.
• Assist rollout of new technology and participate in improvement projects.
• Answer customer questions on reservoirs, fluids, or software.
• Know equipment operations, limits, and components.
• Assist with root cause analysis with maintenance and engineering.
• Rig data van and support field operations as needed.
• Uphold NexTier safety policies and field equipment best practices.
