Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator to join the field crew in cementing, fracturing, or related tasks.

You will maintain pumping equipment, assist with pumping activities, and perform rig up/down duties, all while prioritizing safety and teamwork on the job site. You will follow directions from Field Service Supervisor, work extended hours, and travel to remote sites as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English and follow verbal and written directions.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and ability to work as part of a crew.
• Willing and able to operate and maintain equipment safely under extended schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair pumping equipment and attachments.
• Assist in pumping activities and rig up/rig down duties.
• Perform safety analyses and adhere to HS&E policies.
• Travel to other offices/sites as needed and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
