Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator to join the field crew in cementing, fracturing, or related tasks. You will work under the Field Service Supervisor, ensuring safe operations and assisting with pumping activities.

Responsibilities include maintaining pumping equipment, performing JSEA analyses, rigging up/down, and supporting site safety with PPE compliance. Travel to various locations and shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Level-based experience in equipment operation may apply for internal/external applicants.

Responsibilities

• Comply with HS&E policies and guidelines.
• Maintain equipment and attachments to high readiness.
• Perform rigging up and rigging down duties and operate pumping equipment.
• Fuel trucks, act as fire watch, gate guard, and aid in site cleanup.
• Wear PPE as required and work safely with others and independently when needed.
• Travel to other offices/sites and occasional extended travel may be required.
