Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator (Non-CDL) to join field crews in cementing, fracturing, or related tasks. You will perform maintenance on pumping equipment, assist pumping activities, and work under the Field Service Supervisor or Service Supervisor.

Responsibilities include following HS&E policies, conducting safety analyses, rigging operations, and maintaining equipment readiness. Strong teamwork and reliable communication are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently and follow written and verbal directions.
• Demonstrate the ability to work well with others, and work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all HS&E policies, rules, practices, and guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is maintained at a high level of efficiency and readiness.
• Conduct Job Safety & Environmental Analyses (JSEA) in compliance with regulations.
• Perform rigging up and rigging down duties and operate equipment such as bulk sand trailers and cement units.
• Assist with fueling, fire watch duties, gate guarding, and site clean-up before/during/after jobs.
• Wear required PPE at all times and maintain safety for self and others.
