Fidus Systems seeks a Solutions Architect, FPGA to translate client requirements into executable FPGA solutions. You will define architectures, draft project plans, identify risks, and provide estimates for high-speed, complex electronic systems.

You will collaborate across FPGA/DSP, hardware, embedded software, and verification teams to deliver real products. Travel up to NA 6 weeks/year is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in Senior FPGA Designer role preferred.
• Experience with RTL design in VHDL/SystemVerilog from architecture to timing.
• Hands-on with AMD/Altera families (Versal, UltraScale+, Zynq, Agilex, Stratix).

Responsabilités

• Understand client needs and develop requirements.
• Architect a solution and identify risks with mitigation strategies.
• Estimate work, write proposals, and communicate approach.
• Contribute to new Fidus products and research areas.
