Job summary

Fidus Systems, a global high-tech design firm, seeks a Solutions Architect, AI/ML to lead client-facing architecture and scoping for advanced electronic systems. You will shape solution paths, assess risks, and prepare estimates across FPGA/DSP, hardware, embedded software, verification, and AI accelerators.

You’ll collaborate across multiple domains, translate customer needs into actionable requirements, and contribute to reusable product approaches while traveling up to six weeks annually in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Seven years of AI/ML design experience with deployment to production.
• System level design experience and ability to compare architectural options.
• Strong ML toolchain knowledge including PyTorch/TensorFlow/ONNX and model optimization steps.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand needs and translate into requirements.
• Architect a solution that meets client needs.
• Develop plans, identify risks and costs, and estimate work.
• Create technical content for proposals.
• Present capabilities and approaches to clients and refine as needed.
• Break down programs into logical segments and oversee delivery.
• Support identification of new Fidus products and R&D areas.
