Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in San Jose, CA is seeking a Sales Engineer role focused on FPGA-driven solutions. You will translate customer requirements into Arrow offerings and drive revenue by securing design wins through effective technical engagement.

The ideal candidate has a related engineering degree, CRM experience, and strong Excel skills. The position offers a hybrid setup: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with growth opportunities in a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related Engineering degree required.
• FPGA experience required.
• Experience using CRMs required.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel required.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive demand creation and design wins by maximizing Arrow content on customer designs.
• Leverage deep technical expertise and solution-selling to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, internal departments and suppliers across pre- and post-sales activities.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and manage strategic initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing supplier training to stay current on emerging technologies.
