The ideal candidate has 5+ years FP&A, strong MS Office and SAP skills, and the ability to drive performance through changes in processes and systems. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, planning and reporting experience.
• Fluent in MS Office; SAP experience required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing and able to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare consolidated financial reporting for management and corporate finance.
• Provide cross-functional financial reporting and measurements to support business decisions.
• Update presentations with executive summaries, results, trends, variances, risks and opportunities.
• Assist in divisional processes and SKU rationalization with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare variance analyses to budget and forecasts; support monthly planning and dynamic forecast.
