Job summary

Ethos is seeking an FP&A manager to train and refine AI-generated financial presentations and slide decks. The role focuses on building monthly reports, bridge/waterfall charts, and scenario analyses for executive reviews, with a flexible 5–20 hours per week.

You'll leverage advanced PowerPoint craftsmanship and clear written communication to translate complex data into compelling narratives for AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks
• Build monthly reporting slides, bridge/waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits, and scenario analysis pages
• Draft commentary for finance reviews
