Job summary

Ethos is seeking FP&A managers to help train our language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will build and refine AI-generated presentations, monthly reporting packs, and scenario analyses with expert PowerPoint craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in FP&A or related finance and strong written communication. The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20/wk) and starts ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A or related finance building decked presentations.
• Strong skills in charting, bridges/waterfalls, and monthly reporting packs.
• Exceptional PowerPoint craftsmanship and precise written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs, bridge/waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits.
• Draft commentary for finance reviews and scenario analyses.
