Job summary

PRI Technology is seeking a VP of FP&A to serve as the CFO's strategic partner for planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will own FP&A systems design in partnership with IT, drive performance through leadership of an FP&A organization, and advance reporting frameworks aligned with the company’s strategic plan.

This role involves leading enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, including governance of data, KPIs, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Master's in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
• CPA or CFA certification is highly desirable.
• 15+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading and scaling a multi-level finance/FP&A organization.
• Experience partnering with IT on financial systems design.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Own FP&A systems design, data structures, and reporting infrastructure with IT.
• Lead governance, data integrity, and reporting standards for forecasting and management reporting.
• Deliver financial content for executive leadership, Board, and investor reporting.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled analytics across FP&A.
