Cube is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding of major customers. You will partner with clients to ensure rapid value realization in FP&A workflows, guide project teams, and align customer requirements with Cube solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Implementation or Onboarding Management, especially with analytical solutions like BI/FP&A.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for new customers.
• Manage onboarding projects to ensure on-time completion within scope and to customer satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted partner during onboarding and support successful Cube adoption.
• Configure systems to meet customer needs.
• Handover to Customer Success Engineering for ongoing support with documentation and training materials.
• Communicate project plans, statuses, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and PS Leadership to address risks and roadblocks.
• Proactively analyze customer readiness and engagement opportunities with Cube.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
