Abacum is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to own end-to-end implementation projects, spanning pre-sales scoping to successful delivery for finance teams.

You will work with Sales on pre-sales, build project plans, manage multi-stakeholder delivery, and mentor junior staff while integrating AI-driven improvements to accelerate value realization.

Excellent client-facing communication and FP&A domain knowledge are essential to guide customers and partner ecosystems toward meaningful outcomes.

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning/EPM platform.
• Experience scoping projects pre-sale and presenting SOWs to clients.
• Direct experience managing implementations via partners or resellers.
• Knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation).
• Knowledge of workforce planning and other planning use cases is a bonus.
• Track record managing multi-stakeholder, multi-workstream projects with technical and change-management components.
• Ability to read a scope document critically and flag risk early.
• Proficiency with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent at client-facing communication, presenting to senior finance stakeholders.
• Formal Project Management Qualifications are a plus, not a requirement.

• Own end-to-end delivery of Abacum implementation projects from pre-sales to delivery.
• Partner with Sales during pre-sales to scope projects and present SOWs.
• Create project documents, sprint plans, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage implementations through partners and internal delivery with consistent quality.
• Manage scope, risk, and change control using governance processes.
• Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders to realize value from the platform.
• Coordinate with Product, Support, Sales, Customer Success and delivery partners.
• Hands-on with the product to unblock the team on FP&A questions.
• Contribute to delivery improvements by developing AI-assisted processes.
• Mentor junior delivery team members and partner consultants.
