Job summary

Hoxton Circle is hiring an FP&A Manager into a newly created role. You will own the monthly BU review process, partner with business leaders to understand drivers, and lead forecasting for P&L, headcount, and capex.

You will manage two FP&A partners as the team grows in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment. The role operates four days a week onsite, with significant interaction across countries and time zones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A or business-facing finance
• A true business partner who understands drivers behind the numbers
• Strong in Excel and PowerPoint with senior audience presentation skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and across multiple time zones
• Team-oriented and quick to learn in a high-expectation setting
• Industry experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly business unit review process with on-time, standardized packages
• Partner with BU leaders to understand drivers and aid decision-making
• Lead forecasting for BU P&L, headcount, and capex with accuracy improvements
• Manage and develop two BU Finance Partners as the team expands
