Job summary

Cube is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead onboarding for large customers, ensuring rapid time-to-value and successful adoption of our FP&A platform. You will partner with customers during onboarding, report to the Head of Professional Services, and help translate business needs into Cube solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in implementation/onboarding, strong project management, and experience with FP&A tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Implementation or Onboarding Management with analytical solutions.
Experience in FP&A with advanced financial models, finance systems, or transformation.
MBA or related master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers with rapid value.
Manage onboarding projects to on-time completion within scope.
Advise customers on the Cube way and align requirements with Cube solutions.
Configure systems to meet customer needs.
Ensure contractual terms and deliverables are met and transition to CSE.
Communicate project plans, statuses, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation for project success.
Coordinate with Product, Sales, and PS Leadership on risks and roadblocks.
Handover to Customer Success Engineering with documentation and training materials.
Analyze customer readiness for product usage and improve engagement.
