Job summary

Chime is seeking a Manager to join Corporate Finance to lead integration readiness for a recent acquisition, coordinating with FP&A, Accounting, Data, and Systems to align processes and reporting.

You’ll own pro forma views, KPI tracking, and the monthly forecast, while building automation and dashboards with AI tools to scale the finance function across the combined company.

This is a hands-on role within a lean team, requiring strong communication and project leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate/strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• MBA or CPA a plus.
• Strong understanding of the three financial statements and public company reporting.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects with deadlines.
• Expertise in building scalable financial models in Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration workstream for the acquisition, building and tracking Day 1 readiness plan and close milestones.
• Align account mapping, reporting hierarchies, data flows, and planning models for the combined company.
• Build pro forma and KPI tracking, incorporate acquired business into forecasts and long-range model.
• Identify risks, drive issue resolution, and provide status updates to Finance leadership.
• Develop dashboards and automate processes using AI to increase efficiency.
