Job summary

Foley Entertainment Group (FEG) is seeking a proactive FP&A Manager to help lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across our sports and entertainment portfolio in Las Vegas. You will partner with business leaders to drive KPIs, build multi-year plans, and deliver executive dashboards and variance analyses that support ownership decisions.

This full-time role blends data-driven finance with a fast-paced venue culture, requiring flexible hours, collaboration, and a passion for sports

Qualifications

3-5 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy experience, incl. 1 year in management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, CFA a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in sports, entertainment, media, hospitality, or live events preferred.
Advanced organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical mindset when dealing with large data sets and financial processes.
Collaborative partner to other departments; a team player who puts others first.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist with the annual budget process, create and publish rolling forecasts across business and team operations.
Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and executive dashboards, for both internal leadership and ownership.
Provide strategic guidance and assistance to business partners on quarterly KPIs.
Assist with NHL, AHL and IFL league-level reporting requirements.
Build business cases and ROI analyses for new initiatives, premium products, and fan experience investments.
Develop multi-year strategic plans and long-range projections to support ownership and executive decisions.
Evaluate capital projects such as stadium or arena upgrades, training facilities, and technology investments.
Support financing, lender reporting, and covenant compliance as needed.
Collaborate with Accounting on close, accruals, and forecast-to-actual alignment.
Enhance tools, dashboards, and financial systems (Excel, BI tools, ERP).
Most importantly, help drive a culture of financial accountability and collaboration across the organization
