Golden Entertainment LLC in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to act as a strategic partner to executives, delivering data-driven insights that shape financial performance and long-term planning.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and modeling efforts, provide monthly and ad hoc reports, and collaborate across departments to improve revenue and control costs. Strong Excel and ERP/FP&A experience are essential for success in this fast-paced hospitality/gaming environment.

Qualifications

4+ years of FP&A, financial analysis or corporate finance experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with ERP/FP&A systems (Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Tableau).

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for assigned departments or properties.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models for scenario planning and long-range strategy.
Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting and dashboards.
Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, HR to analyze performance and cost drivers.
Translate initiatives into meaningful financial insights for executive decision-making.
Monitor KPIs and prepare financial summaries with recommendations to improve revenue and efficiency.
Assist in presentations for senior leadership, board meetings, and reviews.
Support pricing strategies, ROI analyses for capital investments, and cost-benefit evaluations.
