Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel in Bossier City, LA is seeking an FP&A Manager to support the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

You will oversee forecasting, operating costs, revenue, and marketing programs, and lead a team to deliver timely analyses and visualizations for executive leadership. Responsibilities include developing routine financial reporting, modeling for marketing and entertainment programs, and collaborating with internal customers to meet reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of analytical reporting experience including data mining and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and other advanced functions.
• Experience with Virtual Roster, Kronos (UKG), Tableau, Teradata, IGT Table Touch, Bravo Poker is preferred.
• General knowledge of SQL and BI development would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement statistical SOPs for reporting to Senior Management.
• Mentor staff and set goals for department growth.
• Lead a team to meet deadlines.
• Create advanced data insights and visualizations for management.
• Develop, execute and maintain routine reports to measure financial performance against sales and margin objectives.
• Maintain strong communication with internal customers to meet reporting needs.
• Model financials for Marketing and Entertainment programs.
