Job summary

Golden Entertainment LLC seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to oversee daily FP&A operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting across the organization. You will partner with division leaders to develop budgets, analyze performance, drive improvements, and deliver timely insights.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

5+ years in a FP&A or similar role preferred.
Prior experience in the gaming industry is required.
Experience with budgeting, development and monitoring of budgets.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, develop, measure performance, discipline, and schedule department staff.
Lead tactical execution of strategic initiatives under division leadership.
Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and regulations.
Partner with divisional leaders for budget development, tracking, and variance.
Conduct in-depth analyses of initiatives and ROI; report findings.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
Develop and distribute weekly revenue/EBITDA forecasts and productivity models.
Design data collection processes, analyze trends, and report insights.
Ensure timely, high-quality analysis and responsive support to stakeholders.
Provide outstanding service to guests and team members; perform other duties.
