OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC seeks a Financial Analyst to support FP&A, budgeting, forecasts, and monthly reporting in Orange County. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, presentation of findings, and collaboration with leaders to drive financial discipline.

The successful candidate will build complex models, analyze variances, and deliver dashboards and narratives for executive reviews. On-site position, Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years’ experience required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP; Power BI preferred
• Discreet handling of sensitive information
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Customer service mindset when supporting internal needs

Mansioni

• Create, manage, and maintain complex financial planning models for budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning
• Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, research variances, and communicate findings
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for leadership and business operators
• Collaborate with leadership and operators to align financial plans with operational goals
• Work with large data sets to answer critical questions and provide insights through KPIs
• Engage in ad hoc analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Assist in storytelling by preparing presentations and dashboards for executive meetings and reviews
• Drive process improvements and automation of financial reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned
